As President of the Angola–Hungary Chamber of Commerce, he works to strengthen bilateral trade, investment and industrial relations.
His executive experience spans mining, steel, energy, infrastructure, healthcare, agriculture and climate finance. He is a shareholder and senior executive responsible for global markets at Macsteel Angola, and a shareholder and Executive Director – Global Markets at EXG Mining Angola. He also serves as a Senior Advisor to The Nature Conservancy, supporting its work in Angola and across Africa, with a focus on government engagement, water security, conservation and climate finance.
Throughout his career, Njinga has worked closely with ministries, public institutions, international organisations and private-sector partners. He has contributed to strategic programmes and gained extensive experience in public-private partnerships, market entry and cross-border investment projects. His work increasingly connects economic development with sustainability, climate resilience and innovative financing.
Njinga has undertaken Executive Education at Harvard Kennedy School, focusing on climate policy and public leadership. His professional development also includes an Executive Programme in African Policy at Howard University and postgraduate studies in Healthcare Management at Universidade Católica Portuguesa. He works in Portuguese and English and also has advanced skills in French, Spanish and Italian.
